Application range of high suction self-priming pump
1. Environmental temperature ≤ 50 degrees, medium temperature ≤ 100 ℃.

Product features of movable diesel engine automatic high suction self-priming pump
There are two types of water intake devices for conventional diesel engine vacuum assisted self-priming pumps
One is that the vacuum pump needs to manually shut down the suction pipeline valve and then open the return valve of the oil-gas separation device to perform an oil circulation operation. The other is the configuration with a clutch. After the vacuum pump draws water up, the vacuum pump pulley needs to be manually separated from the diesel engine pulley. The fully automatic diesel engine pumping pump uses an automatic control system, clutch combined with a liquid level sensor and controller. The liquid level sensor is installed in the liquid level float water tank. When water is sucked into the water tank, the liquid level sensor will feedback to the controller to cut off the power to the clutch. After the power is cut off, the clutch and vacuum pump pulley will automatically separate On the contrary, when the liquid level sensor detects that there is no water in the water tank, it will feedback to the controller to power on the clutch, causing it to pull the pulley onto the clutch and rotate the vacuum pump pulley to achieve the function of vacuum pumping and water intake. It has both automatic start stop function and manual start stop function, so that if there is a fault in the automatic system, the vacuum pump can be manually stopped.
If the diesel engine pump system needs to be easy to move, we can also install a diesel engine rain cover, tires, traction device, and hydraulic support frame on its base, so that it can operate stably in various working environments.
