Main source: Wastewater discharged from mechanical processing of various metal products, as well as cooling, flushing, and other processes. The wastewater production is large, and the quality and discharge of wastewater fluctuate greatly.
Main characteristics: 1. Mechanical processing wastewater is mainly discharged according to the processing process, with significant fluctuations in water quality and discharge volume;
2. It may contain various highly toxic heavy metal ions, posing a threat to human health;
3. The concentration of organic matter is high, but its biodegradability is poor;
4. Sewage contains a large amount of detergent or lubricating oil, emulsified oil for cooling or transmission, etc.

Design principle: 1 Technically reasonable, while fully considering various existing standards and specifications, the safety and convenience of operation management, maintenance and inspection should also be fully taken into account. The processing technology should have sufficient technical rationality;
2. Economy: In project design, fully consider factors such as practicality, operability, and ease of maintenance of the project, and adhere to the principles of rationality, science, practicality, and cost savings for the owner to meet project requirements;
3. Compliance with safety standards:waste gas treatmentThe project should ensure that the emission standards in the overall design objectives are met, and sufficient measures should be taken to address the characteristics of dispersed point source changes in exhaust gas, ensuring stable compliance under harsh conditions.
4. Technical reliability: Based on engineering conditions and emission standards, carefully and reasonably select engineering design schemes, and try to adopt advanced technologies, new materials, and new layouts to reduce operating costs and ensure the long-term safe and reliable operation of the treatment system.
Process selection: pretreatment (grid, regulating tank, primary sedimentation tank, advanced oxidation, etc.)+sludge biochemistry (A/O, SBR, etc.)+post-treatment (MBR, multi-media filter, sterilizer, etc.).
