Working principle
The gas containing coal powder enters the dust collector under the action of the fan, and the dust is intercepted by the filtering material (such as a bag), and the clean gas is discharged; The filtered dust is removed from the bag and collected through a cleaning system (such as pulse blowing).

1、 Box structure
Clean air chamber: including fans, partition cylinders, valve discs, and maintenance ports, used for discharging purified gas.
Filter room: equipped with anti-static filter bags, pulse valves, spray pipes, flower plates, filter bag skeletons, etc., with the core function of dust interception and separation.
Ash hopper body: located at the bottom of the dust collector, equipped with a screw conveyor and an ash discharge valve, used to collect and discharge settled coal powder.
2、 Filtering device
Filter bag and frame: Made of anti-static material (such as polyester velvet or fiberglass filter bag), suitable for high temperature and explosion-proof requirements.
Flower board: supports the filter bag and ensures even distribution of gas. The material should be pressure resistant and corrosion-resistant.
3、 Ash cleaning system
Pulse blowing device: consisting of a pulse valve, blowing tube, and control instrument, it uses high-pressure gas to instantly blow and remove dust from the filter bag.
Compressed air system: including gas tanks, oil-water separators, and pipelines, providing a stable air source for dust cleaning.
4、 Air intake and exhaust system
Inlet pipe: guides dusty gas into the dust collector, often in conjunction with a cyclone separator for initial filtration of large particulate dust.
Ash discharge device: including ash hopper, ash discharge valve or drawer/ash bin structure, supporting centralized collection and discharge of dust.

Explosion proof device: Explosion relief valve, anti-static design, reducing the risk of coal powder explosion.
