Principle Overview

The physical and chemical full process water processor is a comprehensive processor developed to address the four major problems that exist in various circulating water systems: corrosion, scaling, sterilization and algae removal, and ultrafiltration. It replaces the traditional treatment method with a single device, replacing the need for multiple devices to complete the treatment process. It applies high-tech differential conversion effect and multi-point array combination. Cleverly solving the major problem of mutual interference and constraint between various spectra and corona effect fields, it has comprehensive optimization of water quality treatment, anti scaling, anti-corrosion, sterilization, algae killing, and ultra clean filtration functions. It has electromechanical integration design, pure physical treatment, no need for chemical agents, low resistance, and high flow rate. Moreover, it has low operating costs, simple operation, and easy maintenance, making it a powerful choice for various water systems.

The physical and chemical water treatment plant is mainly composed of a carbon steel cylinder, a specially structured stainless steel mesh, a high-frequency electromagnetic field generator, a corona field generator, a metering pump, pH and conductivity monitoring instruments, sensors, and sewage discharge devices.

Physical water treatment function: Through an integrated filter body consisting of activated iron filter membrane, mechanical variable diameter pore barrier, and high-frequency electromagnetic field of corona effect field, it adsorbs various hardness substances and composite scales formed in the water system under actual operating conditions, reduces their concentration, and achieves the purpose of controlling dirt and most hardness scales. And through a transducer, specific frequency energy is converted to the processed medium - water, forming electromagnetic water, which distorts the arrangement sequence and position of scaling ions. When the water temperature rises to a certain level, the treated water needs a longer period of time to recover to its original state. At this stage, the probability of scaling is low, and the metal ions on the wall are controlled, which has a corrosion-resistant effect on the scale free system. In addition, electromagnetic field hydration can also kill bacteria, algae, and reduce the proliferation of microorganisms in water. Therefore, the physical and chemical water treatment system can perform comprehensive functions such as anti-corrosion, descaling, algae removal, ultra clean filtration, and water quality control under normal system operation.

Chemical water treatment function: Through pH and conductivity monitoring instruments and sensors, water quality is monitored online. According to changes in water quality, corresponding chemicals are added to the system in a timely and appropriate manner through a metering pump to ensure the continuous stability of water quality.
