(4) Both the exhaust pipe and the expansion pipe should be connected to the return water main pipe on the suction side of the circulating pump. According to the direction of water flow, the exhaust pipe should be connected at a distance of 2 meters before the expansion pipe. That is, the return water should first flow through the exhaust pipe joint and then through the expansion pipe joint (constant pressure point).
(5) The connection of the water replenishment pipe only requires a pressure of 0.1MPa. If the water replenishment pressure cannot meet this requirement, other technical measures should be taken.
(6) In order to prevent a large amount of dirt from directly entering the equipment, the connecting pipeline should be connected from the top, and filters should be installed in front of the water source electric valve and the pressure relief electric valve.
The outlet of the atmospheric pressure tank must be higher than the inlet height of the water pump, generally greater than 30mm. Otherwise, gas in the water will accumulate in the inlet pipeline of the water pump, affecting the water pump's suction.
(9) The weight of the water pump outlet pipeline cannot be pressed on the water pump, which will affect the normal operation of the water pump and valves.
(10) Before connecting the pipeline to the electric valve, manual valves must be installed. In case of shutdown or sudden power outage, to prevent the system water from draining, please close all manual valves first and open them after the power is restored.
