The length C of the straight section of the cable wrapped pipeline should meet the following requirements:When the outer diameter of the pipeline is less than 100mm, C is greater than: pipeline outer diameter × 8+1000 (mm),When the outer diameter of the pipeline is not less than 100mm, C is greater than: pipeline outer diameter × 8+1500 (mm)

10. The winding method should comply with the right-hand law of magnetic field, that is, hold the water inlet pipe with your right hand, point your right thumb in the direction of water flow, and the direction of the other fingers is the starting direction of the cable winding. The extension direction of the cable winding should be consistent with the direction of water flow. (Cannot be reversed, otherwise it will have an impact)

11. Wrapping: First, reserve a suitable length of connection with the host at the output+end. Use matching bundling tape to fix the cable on the pipeline and secure it firmly to prevent it from falling off. Look at the section in the direction of water flow and wrap it clockwise at the same time. Adjacent cables should be tightly attached and not overlap. After winding the specified number of turns, fix it with bundling tape and reserve a section of output - connection. The winding is completed.

12. Wrap and fasten the cable with tape outside to prevent it from loosening and from being damaged by rubbing.

13. For closed-loop circulating water systems, sewage valves should be installed at low points or locations where dirt is prone to accumulate, and regular sewage discharge can be carried out according to the water quality.

14. Fence around the water treatment plant to prevent damage to the equipment.
