2、 Characteristics of containerized sewage treatment equipment

3、 Process flow of containerized integrated sewage treatment equipment

1. Regulating pool (self built by the customer): collects and stores sewage, and regulates the water quantity and quality.

2. Lift pump: A lift pump is installed in the regulating tank to automatically lift the sewage into the AD-JZ integrated sewage treatment equipment.

3. Grille: Sewage often contains a large amount of debris. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, various fibers, slag, waste paper and other debris must be intercepted outside the system. Therefore, a grille is set up in front of the system to regularly clean the slag.

4. Hypoxia pool: Its function is to decompose large molecules into easily decomposable small molecules, thereby increasing the B/C ratio of wastewater. In addition, denitrification can also achieve denitrification effect. This section is determined based on the quality of raw water and discharge standards.

5. Aerobic tank: This tank is the core part of this sewage treatment system, divided into two sections. In the first section, under high organic load, a large number of microbial communities of different species attached to the packing participate in biochemical degradation and adsorption, removing various organic substances from the sewage and significantly reducing the organic content in the sewage. In the later stage, under low organic load conditions, the action of nitrifying bacteria degrades ammonia nitrogen in sewage under sufficient oxygen conditions, while also reducing the COD value in sewage to a lower level, thus purifying the sewage.

6. MBR reaction tank: Adopting different structures of immersed flat membrane bioreactor (MBR) components, it is set in the aeration tank. After aerobic aeration and biological treatment, the water is filtered through a membrane (with a pore size of 0.1um) and pumped out by a pump before being directly discharged or reused. Due to its effluent not being affected by sludge settling conditions, the tank can operate under high volume load and long sludge age conditions, greatly improving the process conditions of biological oxidation, enhancing the efficiency of organic matter degradation, and eliminating the need for a secondary sedimentation tank, achieving excellent and stable effluent.

7. Disinfection: According to the requirements of the effluent, the system is designed with a disinfection device, generally using a simple and clean ultraviolet sterilization method, or a disinfectant dosing method can also be selected.

8. Supporting electromechanical equipment room: suction pumps, fans, electrical control cabinets, etc. are installed in the equipment room. The entire system operates automatically under PLC control and protects the equipment. All power equipment is used for equipment, automatically switches in case of failure, and maintains normal operation of the equipment.

4、 Advantages of containerized integrated sewage treatment equipment
