Dissolved shallow air flotation machineThe working method of this method belongs to pressurized dissolved air flotation. Its working principle is: under certain conditions, a large amount of air is dissolved in water to form dissolved air water, which serves as the working medium. By releasing sudden pressure reduction and rapid release, a large number of fine bubbles are generated, which adhere to the 'alum flowers' in the wastewater after coagulation reaction, causing the flocs to float up. The specialized slag scraping device scrapes off the floating slag and oil, achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

Solid liquid separation: Solid particles in wastewater have very small particle sizes, and the density of the particles themselves and the flocs they form is close to or less than that of water, making it difficult to achieve solid-liquid separation in various types of wastewater using precipitation methods.
2. Liquid liquid separation: Separate and recover fine oil droplets of petroleum and organic solvents, surfactants, and various metal ions from wastewater.

dosing device
The dosing device is an intelligent, fully automatic, continuous integrated flocculant dissolution and dosing device, with a solution preparation range of 0-4000 liters/hour and a concentration of 0.1% -0.5%.
This device consists of a water supply system, a dry powder feeding system, a dissolution and maturation system, a control system, a liquid feeding system, and a secondary dilution feeding system.
This device is a fully automatic continuous configuration and dosing system for powdered (or liquid) polymer flocculants. The dry powder flocculant enters the pre mixer from the screw propeller and is pre mixed with clean water. The moistened material enters the preparation tank for dilution and is prepared according to the required concentration; If it is a liquid flocculant, it is directly added to the preparation tank by a screw pump. During the preparation process, if there is a change in water volume, the flocculant dosing device will automatically follow the change in water flow rate to ensure that the concentration of the prepared solution remains unchanged throughout the entire working process.
The prepared solution enters the storage tank after passing through the maturation tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops. When the solution drops to a medium level, the batching process is automatically restarted. Both the preparation tank and the maturation tank are equipped with multi blade agitators to fully ensure the dilution and maturation of the flocculant. In addition, the liquid level signal under the storage tank can be used to control the start and stop of the secondary dilution and dosing process.
