After passing through the emulsion filter in the demulsifier, small droplets undergo capillary condensation and become large droplets, which are separated from the oil. Meanwhile, large water droplets continuously accumulate at the bottom of the demulsifier due to gravity and are discharged through a drainage valve. Dissolved water evaporates continuously under vacuum by heating and is then pumped out by a vacuum pump. After removing moisture, the oil passes through a fine filter to remove mechanical impurities, achieving the goal of comprehensive purification of oil quality.
