1、 Product Introduction

Insulation oil vacuum filter is a device specifically designed for processing insulation oil (such as transformer oil, transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, etc.). It creates a vacuum environment to remove moisture, gas, and impurities from the oil, thereby improving the insulation performance and stability of the insulation oil.

The ZJB insulation oil vacuum filter is designed to remove pollutants from used insulation oil in transformers and switchgear. This oil filter can also be used for equipment oil injection, oil transfer from storage tanks, and other operations.

After one treatment with ZJB insulation oil filter, 99.9% of dust particles larger than 5 microns in the oil can be removed, the water content can be reduced to 5ppm, and the gas content can be reduced to 0.1% by volume. The ZJB oil filter can be used for oil injection in electrical equipment when using a single pass (processing) condition. When using repeated cycle operating conditions, the degree of pollution can be further reduced and the moisture content in electrical equipment can be removed.

The Tongrui ZJB series is mainly used for vacuum filtration treatment of expensive heavy oils such as ultra-high voltage transformer oil (main transformers above 110KV), new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, and transformer system capacitor oil and refrigeration oil. It can also be used for vacuum oil injection and drying of transformers.

The main function of the Tongrui ZJB series is to remove trace amounts of moisture and gas from insulating oil, filter mechanical impurities, and improve the characteristic indicators of insulating oil.

The Tongrui ZJB series not only integrates vacuum flash drying technology and "layered gradually dense" high-efficiency precision filtration technology, but also utilizes the "air pocket" principle to expand the contact area of oil in the vacuum separator by hundreds of times. The "air pocket" system continuously increases the surface area of oil evaporation, and the evaporation interface is constantly updated, maximizing the travel and static water evaporation area of oil in the vacuum system. The two-stage vacuum separation system and pressurization technology of * can increase the vacuum degree inside the vacuum separator compared to ordinary oil filters. Under high vacuum conditions, impurities such as water, gas, and sludge in the oil can be quickly and reliably removed at lower temperatures, while reducing dielectric loss and acid value, greatly improving the flash point and pressure resistance of the oil.
