1、 Product Introduction

The cyclone sand removal machine is an advanced equipment used in cyclone sand tanks, which has good sand settling and washing effects.

Structure and working principle:

The cyclone sand removal machine, as shown in Figure 1-2, consists of an impeller, a transmission shaft, an electric motor, a reducer, and a sand suction system. Due to the upward inclination of the impeller blade slurry, the sewage in the pool will undergo a spiral motion during rotation; Combined with the vortex flow generated by the tangential entry of sewage, which is consistent with the rotation direction of the impeller, the sewage in the pool forms a vortex flow state. Under appropriate blade inclination angle and linear velocity conditions, the sand particles in the sewage will be washed away and still maintain better settling effect, while the organic matter and heavy substances originally attached to the sand particles will flow out of the cyclone pool together with the sewage. In addition, due to the rotation of the impeller, the sensitivity of the cyclone pool to changes in flow state caused by changes in water inflow is reduced, thus ensuring stable sedimentation efficiency and low organic content in the sand output.
