I. Overview
The high-efficiency combination inclined plate wastewater settler is a new type of water treatment equipment developed by our company using the shallow sedimentation theory of dispersed particles, drawing on advanced technologies of multi-layer, multi grid, and inclined plate sedimentation from abroad, and combining various sewage components and usage and discharge requirements. It is suitable for wastewater and sewage treatment projects in industries such as metallurgy, municipal engineering, machinery, chemical industry, power, and building materials. It has the advantages of high treatment efficiency, small footprint, low energy consumption, low investment, convenient operation and management, safety, and reliability.
There are two types of combined inclined plate sedimentation devices: countercurrent and transverse flow, which users can choose according to different situations. For the treatment of converter flue gas purification wastewater in steelmaking plants, due to the high suspended solids content and wide temperature variation range of the wastewater, it is ideal to use a cross flow combined inclined plate settler to eliminate the influence of density flow caused by temperature changes. If a new process consisting of a fully automatic dry powder coagulant device (electromagnetic coagulant), inclined plate settler, spiral mud conveyor, compressed air lift, and dewatering machine is used to treat the above-mentioned wastewater, the suspended solids content of the treated wastewater can be less than 30-100mg/l, and the sludge moisture content can be less than 25-30%, making it an ideal water treatment process and equipment.
