Working principle of cyclone sand remover:

The cyclone desander is based on the principles of centrifugal settling and density difference. When the water flow enters the equipment from the inlet of the desander in a tangential direction under a certain pressure, it will generate strong vortex motion. Due to the different densities of sand and water, under the action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, and fluid drag, low-density water rises and is discharged from the outlet, while high-density sand particles are discharged from the bottom sand outlet. Individual small particles that float together along the water flow are further separated by a D-level filtration device to achieve the purpose of sand removal. Compared with ordinary cyclone sand removers currently on the market, this product has added a filtering unit (the filtering accuracy can be selected according to user requirements), which has the advantages of high sand removal rate, saving installation space, low leakage rate for individual small solids, and stable working state. Under a certain pressure range and conditions, the higher the inlet pressure of the sand remover, the higher the sand removal rate, and multiple units can be used in parallel.
