Product Introduction:
This series of butterfly valves is suitable for use in water systems, power plants, and industrial pipelines as bidirectional opening and closing and regulating equipment, with a regulating range between 0 degrees and 90 degrees. The butterfly plate of this series of butterfly valves adopts a flow-through design and is made of high-strength ductile iron to ensure the strength and low water loss of the butterfly plate under water flow impact. The pneumatic actuator connected to the main valve can be flexibly configured according to customer needs.
Pneumatic clamp butterfly valve This product consists of a rubber sealed butterfly valve and a carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate and stem. Suitable for regulating flow and intercepting media on water supply and drainage, gas pipelines with temperatures ≤ 80-120 ℃, such as food, chemical, petroleum, electricity, textile, papermaking, etc.
Product Features:
1. The butterfly plate adopts a double flat plate truss structure with low strength and water loss;
2. The ductile iron valve seat is fixed in the inner cavity of the valve body and never falls off;
3. The sealing ring is fixed to the butterfly plate through a pressure plate, with adjustable compression capacity and easy replacement;
4. Special tangential pin connection can tightly bond the butterfly plate and valve stem together without loosening;
5. The axial position of the butterfly plate can be adjusted;
6. Oil free bronze self-lubricating bearings reduce torque;
7. "O" type rubber, self tightening shaft seal design;
8. Epoxy resin electrostatic spraying.

Please follow the following instructions for installation:
(1) During installation, the valve disc should be stopped in the closed position.
(2) The opening position should be determined according to the rotation angle of the butterfly plate.
(3) Butterfly valves with bypass valves should be opened before opening.
(4) The installation should be carried out according to the installation instructions. For heavy butterfly valves, a solid foundation should be set up.
