Installation and maintenance:
⑴ The dimensions of the pipe clamp valves produced by our factory comply with the standards of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. Before leaving the factory, they undergo pressure tests of GJ41X-6L at 10Kg/cm2 and GJ41X-10L at 16Kg/cm2 for 5 minutes without leakage. There is no need to disassemble, wash, adjust or change them during installation.
⑵ This valve can be installed freely on the pipeline without any restrictions on the flow direction of the medium. If there is wear or leakage over time, simply remove the valve body and replace it with a new pipe sleeve. The valve body can be used for a long time economically and effectively.
Structure and original work structure:
⑴ Structure: This valve consists of upper and lower aluminum alloy valve bodies, rubber pipe sleeves, large and small valve stems and gate plates, upper and lower guide columns, and other components.
⑵ Working principle: When the steering wheel is turned in sequence, the large and small valve stems simultaneously drive the upper and lower cutting plates, compression tube sleeves, and close them, and vice versa to open them. In this way, the gate plate reciprocates up and down between the guide columns to complete the valve opening and closing work. In addition, due to the small bearing capacity of the rubber sleeve, when opening and closing, as long as the operator feels a moderate resistance when rotating the wheel, it will reach the opening and closing pole. Do not try to subsidize multiple people and disable other tools for opening and closing.
