The DBF2-7Q8TH side blowing bottom blowing transformer cooling axial fan is suitable for ventilation, dust removal, and cooling in factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships, and buildings. It is an upgraded product of traditional axial fans designed specifically for transformer oil cooling. The fan motor adopts a high-temperature resistant motor to ensure normal operation at high temperatures. The JLTS type large transformer cooling fan can be divided into 12 specifications according to the machine number, with air volume ranging from 4000-25000m3/h and full pressure ranging from 50-250Pa.

5.2.1 Appearance inspection before installation: Check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the blades are deformed, whether the rotation is smooth, and whether the letters U, V, and W on the outlet end correspond to the phase sequence of the power supply. If any abnormalities are found, corrective measures should be taken.

5.2.2 Use a 500V megohmmeter to test the thermal insulation resistance of the stator winding to the casing, and the resistance value should not be less than 1M Ω. If the resistance is low due to insulation moisture, it should be dried.

5.2.3 Conduct an idle operation test on the motor according to the prescribed power supply (without impeller). The motor should start flexibly, run smoothly and lightly, and produce harmonious sound. When the three-phase power supply is balanced, the deviation between any phase and the average value of the three-phase no-load current of the motor should not exceed 10% of the average value of the three-phase.

5.2.4 Connect the whole machine to the power supply for trial operation, check the rotation direction and operation condition. After the test is normal, it can be put into operation.



5.3.3 If the shutdown time is long and needs to be restarted, it is necessary to ensure that there are no foreign objects in the airflow channel and air duct, and then move the impeller for inspection. After the power supply line and other components are normal, it can be put back into operation.

5.3.4 When the parking time is long or the motor is severely affected by moisture and the insulation resistance is low, it should be dried before being put into operation.

5.3.5 When disassembling and repairing the machine, the residue such as lubricating grease should be cleaned first, and all bearings should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Discovering faults should be dealt with promptly (refer to the table of common faults and handling methods). If the winding is rewound, a withstand voltage test should be conducted. The new winding should be able to withstand an AC voltage of 2000V for 1 minute without breakdown. For factory products, when the user requests a repeated withstand voltage test, the test voltage should be 1600V and the time should be 1 minute. If *, reassemble and add new lubricating grease.

5.3.6 Regularly replenish lubricating grease: Fully sealed bearings do not need to replace lubricating grease within 5 years. For non fully sealed bearings, the oil cup should be cleaned before oil injection; This product uses lithium based grease and cannot be replaced with other grease at will; Inject lubricating oil into the oil cup with an oil gun, with an amount of about 2/3 of the bearing space. It should be added every 2-3 years during normal use.

6.3 The storage location should be kept ventilated, dry, clean, and free of corrosive gases. During storage and transportation, rain protection measures should be taken.

6.4 If it is not immediately put into operation, it is not advisable to open the box immediately. If the packaging box is damaged, it should be opened for inspection and handled properly.
