DBY electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. In recent years, due to breakthroughs in diaphragm materials, more and more industrialized countries have adopted this type of pump to replace some centrifugal pumps and screw pumps in industries such as petrochemicals, ceramics, metallurgy, etc. The product design is based on the prototype of ABEL company in the United States. This pump is suitable for low pressure, that is, outlet pressure ≤ 3kgf/cm2.

1. No shaft seal, no leakage, spacious flow channel, so when transporting media containing particles, high viscosity (viscosity can reach 10000 centipoise), volatile and corrosive, it will not cause environmental pollution and endanger personal safety.
2. With good performance, it allows for a maximum particle diameter of 10mm. The liquid flows without shear, and the pump's own components wear less. It has minimal damage to the transported material and can transport sludge and living organisms such as small fish fry.
3. The pump is driven by a reducer, which has less mechanical wear and more stable performance.
