Product Details
YG vertical explosion-proof pipeline centrifugal oil pump is designed by our company's technical personnel in collaboration with domestic water pump experts to select excellent hydraulic models in China. It adopts the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pumps and cleverly combines them on the basis of general vertical pumps. At the same time, it is designed as hot water, chemical, and oil pumps with the same performance parameters according to the different operating temperatures and media in the usage field, as well as the material and structural changes of the overcurrent part. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

Product Features
1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters. And located on the same centerline, it can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. Compact and beautiful appearance
Small footprint, low construction investment, and can be placed outdoors with protective covers.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor. If the axial dimension is short, the structure is compact, and the pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, it can effectively balance the operation of the pump
The radial and axial directions generated are consistent, ensuring smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials
Wear resistant seals can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system, just remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. Vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T < 80 ℃.
2. The IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG type uses a temperature T<120 ℃, and the GRG type uses a temperature T<240 ℃.
3. IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.
4. YG type vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the transported medium is -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
5. ISGD vertical low-speed centrifugal pump is suitable for occasions with low environmental noise requirements and air conditioning circulation.
