The DF-2 constant temperature magnetic stirrer adopts a DC motor and can operate continuously. This instrument has good performance, no noise, no vibration, and good strong magnetic stirring effect. It can be started directly at 1800 rpm without jumping phenomenon.
DF-2 Constant Temperature Magnetic StirrerUsage and characteristics:
The magnetic heating mixer adopts a high-quality DC motor with low noise, smooth speed regulation, adjustable temperature and temperature display, and can be used for long-term heating. The digital display is intuitive and accurate. The agitator is refined from polytetrafluoroethylene and high-quality magnetic steel, with high temperature resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and strong magnetic properties. Mixing work can be carried out in a sealed container, making it ideal and convenient to use.
II Performance.
Single phase AC: 50HZ 220 ∨± 10 ∨
Motor power; 60W
Heating power: 400W, room temperature -300 ℃± 1 ℃ (digital display)
Stepless speed regulation: 0-2000 revolutions per minute
Mixing capacity: 50-5000ml
3: Usage:
When using this instrument, first check if the random accessories are complete. Then, in order, install the fixtures first, place the beaker that needs to be stirred in the center of the heating plate, add the solution, place the stirrer in the solution of the beaker, plug in the power first, then turn on the switch, the indicator light will light up, and then start working. Gradually increase the speed from slow to fast, and do not allow high-speed starting to avoid jumping.
1. Set temperature:
Press the SET button to enter the temperature setting mode or view the set value. Press the SET button and see the flashing number to indicate that you are in the setting mode. Press the up button to increase the set value and the down button to decrease it. Keep pressing and holding it will continue to increase or decrease to the desired value. Once the setting is complete, press the SET button again to exit the setting mode and return to the normal working measurement mode.
2. Adjust parameters
Sc: Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the internal parameter setting adjustment interface. The interface displays Sc as the error calibration value, indicating the error between the measured value and the actual value of the temperature controller. The default value is 0.0. You can press the SET button again to display a flashing number to enter the adjustment state (the parameter setting method is the same below), and press the up or down button to adjust the value. (-9.9~9.9)
E: After setting, press the SET key to enter the next parameter adjustment. The interface displays E, which represents the advance amount of breakpoint control (only effective when the P value is set to 0). The default value is 0.5, and the adjustment method is the same as Sc.
P: Press the SET button again to enter the third parameter, and the interface will display P indicating the set value of P. The meaning of P value is roughly the starting control temperature=set value - (10/P value). If set to 50 degrees, a P value of 10 indicates control starts at 49 degrees, and a P value of 4 indicates adjustment starts at 47.5 degrees. If the temperature overshoot is too high during use, adjust the P value appropriately. If the temperature rises too slowly or cannot reach the control temperature, adjust the P value appropriately.
Note: When the P value is 0, it enters breakpoint control mode. When the system PID fails, heating starts when the temperature is below the (set value - E value), otherwise heating stops.
C: Press the SET key to enter the setting of parameter c. The parameter after 'zui' is temporarily reserved for internal system use and should not be adjusted. The default value is 10.0.
AL: Press the SET key to enter the setting of parameter AL, which represents the high temperature alarm value. When the temperature exceeds the set temperature+AL, the instrument will sound a high temperature alarm.
TI: Press the SET key to enter the setting of parameter TI, which represents the timer in minutes. 0 indicates that the timing mode is turned off. Otherwise, when the instrument operates at TI value for minutes, it will enter a stop state and stop the output of the load terminal.
After setting all parameters, press the SET button to save the parameters and return to normal working state.
4DF-2 Constant Temperature Magnetic StirrerCommon faults and troubleshooting
| serial number | fault condition | Reasons and exclusions |
| 1 | Display normal but not heating up | The set temperature is lower than the measured temperature. |
| 2 | The heating light is on but not heating up | 1. Output terminal connection failure, or heating working device failure 2. The connection between the control board and the power board is faulty |
| 3 | Always displaying 0.0 | Thermistor short circuit or temperature exceeding the lower limit |
| 4 | Consistently displaying 99.9 | Thermistor open circuit, not connected properly, or temperature exceeding the upper limit |
| 5 | Large temperature overshoot | 1. The P value is too high, adjust it appropriately. 2. The temperature probe is too close to the heating element |
| 6 | The heating rate is very slow | 1. The P value is too small, adjust it appropriately. 2. The power of the heating element is too small or the temperature probe is too far away |
| 7 | Unstable temperature fluctuations | The P value is too high or the C value is too low |
| 8 | Slow temperature response | The C value is too high, lower it appropriately |
| 9 | Large temperature display error | Temperature probe malfunction or incorrect probe position |
| 10 | Small temperature display error | System error, adjust SC value |
Five Instruction information:
HEAT light: The one on the left is the heating indicator light, which is on to indicate heating and off to indicate stopping heating.
TIME light: The timer light is in the middle, off indicates that the timer is turned off, and flashing indicates that the timer is turned on and working,
Constant light indicates that the timer is on and the time has expired, and the instrument is in a stopped output state.
ALM light: High temperature alarm light, on indicates high temperature exceeding limit, off indicates no high temperature exceeding limit.
Upper digital tube: temperature control display
Lower row digital display: displays the timer time, On indicates the timer is turned off, normally open mode, OFF flashing indicates the timer time is up, output is turned off, and the number represents the remaining minutes of the timer.
