The DMA electromagnetic vibration feeder can uniformly, continuously, and quantitatively deliver granular and powdery materials to the receiving device. This vibrating feeder equipment is suitable for situations where automatic batching, quantitative packaging, production process automation, and high feeding accuracy are required. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical, power, grain, and machinery.

Characteristics of DMA electromagnetic vibration feeder

Small size, light weight, reasonable center of gravity of the whole machine, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance;
The feeder uses the resonance principle of mechanical vibration to operate in a low critical near resonance state, resulting in low power consumption;
It can instantly change and open/close the material flow, so the feeding accuracy is high;
Adopting a thyristor half wave rectification circuit, the feeding amount can be infinitely adjusted, and centralized and automatic control of the production process can be achieved;
Due to the jumping motion of the material in the feeding trough, the wear of the feeding trough is minimal.

Product installation method

The installation methods of DMA electromagnetic vibration feeder can be divided into seat installation and suspension installation. During normal feeding, it can be installed by tilting down 10 degrees. For materials with high viscosity or moisture content or fine powder, it can be installed and used by tilting down 15 degrees. When selecting and designing, consideration should be given to setting up chutes and gates. The specific configuration can refer to the configuration scheme of GZV series and GZ series electromagnetic vibration feeders to ensure the stability of amplitude and feeding amount.
