Application and characteristics of circular vibrating screen:
The motion trajectory of the DYS large circular vibrating screen is circular, and there are six specifications in this series. It can be used for dry classification of materials in coal selection, mineral processing, building materials, power and chemical industries.The screening machine maintains synchronization between the two shafts driven by dual motors through a toothed belt connection. When the size of the woven mesh is less than 25mm, there are vibrating balls under the mesh. The screening machine is sturdy and durable, with low vibration and noise, not easy to block holes, high processing capacity, and easy maintenance.

2、 Selection instructions:
1. The screening machine is divided into single-layer and double-layer;
2. The sieve structure includes woven mesh and perforated sieve plate;
3. The electric motor can be installed on the left or right side. If there are no requirements, follow the installation diagram for installation;
4. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, and explosion-proof or motors with different rated voltages can be used. Please specify when ordering if selected;
5. The feeding box is an optional component. If the user does not request it, it will be supplied according to the normal installation diagram and the feeding box will not be supplied;
6. Can provide users with non-standard product designs such as variable screen structure or technical performance;
7. The basic bolts are provided by the user themselves.
