The water generated by the submersible pump after operation passes through the nozzle and forms a high-speed water flow. In the mixing chamber, negative pressure is formed around the nozzle and air is sucked in. The air meets the high-speed water flow through the throat and is torn into microbubbles, forming a mixture of soda and water, which is sprayed out at high speed. The water flow carrying a large number of bubbles generates a strong unidirectional liquid flow over a large area, which enables aeration, stirring, pushing, and mixing. More suitable for push flow biochemical reaction tanks.

QSB type submersible jet aerator is a type of aeration device for wastewater treatment systems using activated sludge process, which aerates the wastewater in the aeration tank. The mixture of mud and water is pumped into the nozzle of the jet aerator by a water pump and sprayed out at high speed. In the jet aerator, the oxygen transfer process is achieved by mixing compressed air (or air directly sucked in) with the mud water mixture around the nozzle of the jet aerator and vigorously stirring it in the roaring tube. The bubbles are crushed into mist, and then in the diffusion tube, due to the velocity head becoming the pressure head, the fine bubbles are further compressed, and oxygen is quickly transferred to the mixture, thereby strengthening the oxygen transfer process. The oxygen transfer efficiency can be improved to over 30-35%.
