Deep water aeration and mixing integrated machine
Structural characteristics of QXB centrifugal aerator
1. Underwater motors with sealing technology for submersible motors;
2. The impeller is directly connected to the motor, with a simple structure, high efficiency, and long service life;
3. Mesh inlet can be added to prevent damage caused by foreign objects entering the body;
4. The intake volume can be adjusted through the intake valve;
5. Apart from the motor, other component materials are available for selection, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron.
Characteristics of QXB centrifugal aerator
1. Mixing chamber design, with a large intake of air, good mixing effect, and high oxygen utilization rate;
2. The air-water mixture is discharged from the mixing chamber at a special angle, which can make the water flow in a spiral shape towards the horizontal direction and then upwards, while also having a stirring effect during aeration;
3. The body sinks into the water and runs without noise. A container can be installed on the outlet surface of the intake pipe to enhance the effect.

Working principle of QXB centrifugal aerator
The QXB centrifugal aerator is directly driven by a motor and an impeller. It uses the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to discharge the surrounding water and form a low-pressure zone for sucking in water flow. At the same time, a vacuum is created at the inlet of the impeller to suck in air. In the mixing chamber, the air and water are fully mixed to form a uniform air-water mixture, which is quickly discharged under the action of centrifugal force.
Due to the strong jet of water, the circulation of water causes the air to be sheared into a large number of tiny bubbles. It greatly increases its surface area, and due to the slow rise of bubbles, a large amount of oxygen in the air dissolves in water, making the power efficiency of this machine better than other types of aerators
Purpose:
The submersible aerator is mainly suitable for professional aeration equipment in water pretreatment and sewage biochemical treatment processes. It is used for aeration and stirring in aeration sedimentation tanks, pre aeration tanks, aeration tanks, air flotation tanks, etc. It is used for the neutralization of biological oxidation sludge nitrification alkaline wastewater and the separation of oil and fat. It can also be used for oxygenation of aquaculture ponds and maintenance of landscape water. The intake volume is 10-400m3/h, the oxygenation capacity is 0.37-30kgO2/h, and the motor power is 0.75-22KW
Submersible aerators can be divided into two forms: centrifugal submersible aerators and jet submersible aerators.

Principle
The rotating impeller generates a centrifugal force in the water, which creates a negative pressure zone around the impeller. Air is then drawn in through the intake pipe, and the drawn in air and water mix in the mixing disc. This well proportioned mixture is then automatically discharged from the outlet.
This process includes the following aspects:
The mixing of air and water in the mixing tray produces a gas-liquid mixing effect, and the gas-liquid mixed flow discharged from the outlet forms circulation and convection; The high-speed movement of oxygen in a large number of air molecules results in an oxygen absorption efficiency.
