Installation method of mixed flap paddle mixer:

1. Before installation, it is necessary to verify whether the basic dimensions related to the installation equipment meet the installation requirements.

2. After fastening the reducer support to the connecting base plate, place it horizontally on the corresponding position of the civil engineering embedded parts, calibrate whether the connection plane between the support and the reducer is horizontal, and adjust it to a horizontal state.

3. Connect the mixer shaft to the reducer base.

4. For paddle mixers with underwater supports: After fastening the underwater support to the connecting base plate, place it horizontally on the corresponding position of the civil engineering embedded parts at the bottom of the pool, correct whether the support plane is horizontal, and adjust the center position to be at the vertical center of the reducer support, and adjust it to a horizontal state.

5. For paddle mixers with underwater supports: Connect the mixer shaft and underwater support, manually rotate the half coupling inside the reducer support. At this time, the shaft should rotate flexibly and the underwater support should have no significant displacement.
