The installation forms of QSB type deepwater self-priming submersible jet aerator include two types: self coupling and mobile. Self coupling installation is to fix the aeration device and the base at the bottom of the water tank, install supporting blocks on the top of the tank, connect the two with guide rails, and connect the submersible pump with a specific bracket. After the submersible pump is connected to the specific bracket, it slides down along the guide rail to the outlet position of the base, and automatically couples and seals by the pump's own weight. Self coupling installation can lift and install electric pumps without the need for installation or maintenance personnel to enter the water pit. The mobile installation method is to install the deep water self-priming submersible jet aerator at the bottom of the pool, relying on self weight positioning, and has the characteristics of adjustable installation position, flexibility, and low cost.
working principle
The submersible jet aerator is directly driven by a motor and an impeller, using the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to discharge the surrounding water and form a low-pressure zone for sucking in water flow. At the same time, a vacuum is created at the inlet of the impeller to suck in air. In the mixing chamber, air and water are fully mixed to form a uniform air-water mixture, which is quickly discharged under the action of centrifugal force.
Due to the water jet *, effective water circulation is created, causing the air to be sheared into a large number of tiny bubbles. Greatly increasing its surface area, and due to the slow rise of bubbles, a large amount of oxygen in the air dissolves in water, making the power efficiency of this machine superior to other types of aerators.
1. Mixing chamber design, with a large intake of air and a high proportion of small bubbles, resulting in good mixing effect and high oxygen utilization efficiency;

The air-water mixture is discharged from the mixing chamber at a special angle, which can cause the water flow to spiral in a horizontal direction and then flow upwards, while also having a stirring effect during aeration; There is no dead zone in the pool, and the horizontal aeration flow carrying bubbles can flush every corner of the pool bottom.
3. The body sinks into the water and runs without noise. The water outlet of the intake pipe can be installed to enhance the noise reduction effect.
4. The structure is simple, compact, the unit has a long service life, and the bearings can withstand high loads. The shaft seal of the oil bath and the air inside the suction impeller chamber prevent water from coming into contact with the seals during operation. All of these will ensure that the aerator can operate for a long time.
