6、 Usage conditions:
1: The altitude does not exceed 2000m, the high ambient temperature is 50 degrees Celsius, the pH value of the medium is between 3 and 12, and the liquid density does not exceed 1150kg/m? Long term diving operation, with a diving depth generally not exceeding 20m;
2: The pump must not be lower than the low liquid level during operation.
3: The rated voltage is 380V and the rated frequency is 50HZ. The motor can only operate normally when the deviation between the rated voltage and the rated frequency is no more than plus or minus 5%.
7、 Installation system diagram:
The QWH series submersible reflux pump adopts a guide rail automatic coupling installation system: the guide rail is fixed on the pool wall, and the shore lifting device and through wall outlet pipe are installed and fixed. The sludge reflux pump can slide freely up and down along the guide rail, making installation and maintenance extremely convenient. The QWH series sludge reflux pump requires pre embedding of the wall outlet pipe, and the guide rail and lifting device are connected to the tank body with expansion bolts, without the need for pre embedded parts.

3. Motor: 50Hz squirrel cage 3-phase submersible asynchronous motor, F-class insulation, protection level IP68. The motor is cooled by the surrounding medium;

4. Shaft: The shaft of the electric motor is made of stainless steel material, and the rotor undergoes dynamic balance testing;

5. Sealing: The static seal is an O-ring seal. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal that isolates the oil chamber from the surrounding medium;

6. Bearing: Adopting, bearing, designed with a service life of over 100000 hours;

7. Oil chamber: Oil is used to lubricate and cool the mechanical seal friction pair, and isolate the permeate;

8. Impeller: The impeller has three blades, which are wide and thin, with a smooth surface and a swept back shape. It operates unobstructed and has self-cleaning function;

9. Cone tube: The purpose of a cone tube is to form a good flow state;
