Electrodeionization (EDI) technology has been introduced by Ba'an Water to produce deionized water using modular treatment units from abroad. This technology combines ion exchange and electrodialysis membranes to remove ions from water. Due to its high influence and expertise, the company has become one of the developers of the national standard for "Electrodeionization Pure Water Preparation Equipment". The characteristics of Electrodeionization (EDI) technology are high and stable water quality; The desalination rate reaches 99%; Low energy consumption; Easy to operate, safe, fully automatic operation, no need for dedicated supervision; No need for chemical agents to regenerate resin, no downtime due to resin regeneration, and no generation of acidic or alkaline wastewater; Stackable design, small footprint. Ion exchange technology utilizes ion exchange resins to exchange anions (or cations) in water with hydroxide ions OH - (or H+) in the resin of the ion exchange column as the solution passes through the column, thereby removing impurities from the water and achieving desalination. Ba'an Water can provide corresponding ion exchange technologies based on the inlet water quality and outlet water quality requirements provided by customers, such as traditional boiler feedwater primary desalination and mixed bed treatment systems, circulating cooling water weak acid treatment systems, and coal chemical condensate treatment systems. At the same time, Ba'an Water can carry out general contracting design, installation and commissioning, including process pipelines, valves, equipment, instruments and electrical control.
