The working principle of desulfurization, defogging, and whitening equipment is to install a full heat pipe heat exchanger on the original flue gas to absorb the heat of the original flue gas. After absorbing heat energy by lowering the temperature of the original flue, the inlet flue gas temperature decreased by 50 ℃, and the inlet flue gas of the 160 ℃ desulfurization tower was lowered to 110 ℃. Greatly reducing the transpiration heat of water vapor in the desulfurization tower, starting to reduce the generation of water vapor from the source, because the absorption reaction of the original desulfurization system is related to the temperature of the flue gas. The lower the temperature, the more favorable the absorption power of desulfurization, that is, cooling together can improve the reaction power of the desulfurization tower.

Process Route
Reduce the temperature and humidity of the flue gas, condense water vapor into water, and use indirect cooling methods such as slurry condensation and clean flue gas condensation to lower the flue gas temperature. Figure 1 shows the process flow of slurry condensation, and Figure 2 shows the process flow of clean flue gas condensation.
The slurry cooling, condensation, and whitening technology is a modification of the slurry circulation pipeline. Generally, slurry heat exchangers are installed on the spray pipelines of the upper or higher floors and the lower floors. The cooled slurry is used to reduce the exhaust temperature of the absorption tower, thereby reducing the evaporation water volume of the desulfurization tower. Cooling water (seawater) is used to cool the slurry through a slurry heat exchanger, and then the cold slurry sprayed into the absorption tower is used to cool the flue gas inside the absorption tower, thereby reducing the net flue gas temperature and humidity at the outlet of the absorption tower, achieving the effect of cooling, condensation, and whitening. After the flue gas is cooled, the condensed water falls back into the absorption tower, and the water balance inside the tower is finally considered.
