Low temperature flue gas desulfurization treatment is related to the acidity of flue gas and the sulfur content, ash content, moisture content, combustion temperature, excess air coefficient, fly ash composition, and ash accumulation in fuel components. It is generally believed that acid dew increases with the increase of SQ and water vapor content in flue gas. For general heating boilers, the acid dew before flue gas desulfurization is around 130 ℃

Explanation of Supporting Issues
Firstly, we need to consider the issue of water balance. According to the actual situation of each project, the chemical waste gas and flue gas bleaching requires a unified planning of the water balance of the spray scrubbing system and the existing desulfurization or plant water balance. The spray scrubbing system can recover a large amount of moisture in the flue gas. The whereabouts of these moisture needs to be selected according to the actual situation on site.

Secondly, the source of cooling capacity should be considered. Condensation requires a large amount of cold source, and the current project design adopts a water source heat pump system, with one end producing high-temperature water for heating or process purposes, and the other end producing cold water to participate in cooling and whitening. Steam jet heat pumps, absorption heat pumps, etc. can also be considered for application.
Priority should be given to natural cold sources, such as groundwater in rivers, oceans, and cold air in winter in northern cold regions. If natural cold sources are insufficient or from the perspective of recycling waste heat, artificial cold sources must be used, which can be designed specifically according to the actual situation.

Once again, the low-temperature flue gas desulfurization device should consider the use of low-temperature waste heat: it is recommended to prioritize internal process utilization, followed by external supply for residential use such as bathing, hospitals, schools, hotels, artificial swimming pools, and landscapes.

The commonly used whitening and steam removal wire mesh products are PP wire mesh defoggers, which are acid and alkali resistant, have good resistance to common waste gas treatment acid and alkali substances, and are inexpensive.
