Smoke Whitening and Whitening Device
Process processing method:
1. Process route of first condensing and then heating
Firstly, the saturated wet flue gas after desulfurization treatment is condensed to reduce the moisture content in the flue gas and recover the condensed water. At the same time, the condensation process can synergistically remove pollutants such as dust, SO3, and nitrate. It is estimated that 20% to 40% of the dust can be removed.
Secondly, moderate heating of the emitted flue gas can achieve the required diffusion conditions. Generally, the waste heat recovered by the flue gas cooler is used to heat the clean flue gas, achieving the goal of eliminating white smoke. The moisture content of the cooled flue gas is greatly reduced, and the required heat for heating it is also greatly reduced, which has a good supporting effect on the energy saving and operational economy of the entire power plant.

In this process, selecting an economical and reliable flue gas heat exchange equipment is a key step in the desulfurization process. High temperature flue gas that has not been desulfurized is used to heat the purified flue gas after desulfurization through a heat exchanger, so that the purified flue gas is heated from 40 ℃ to the height of the flue gas lift. The use of desulfurization heat exchangers can recover the heat from high-temperature flue gas
Wet flue gas desulfurization is commonly used in domestic thermal power plants, which is the main factor causing white smoke plume phenomenon. The source of white smoke plumes is moisture, and saturated water vapor in the smoke is generated by heat absorption, containing a large amount of latent heat. Therefore, the key to reducing the whiteness of smoke is to control the temperature and humidity of the emitted smoke. This article mainly introduces several process routes for the treatment of white smoke plumes in coal-fired power plants.
