Overview
Sludge combustion calorific value detection: Sludge is a product of wastewater treatment, which is an extremely complex heterogeneous body composed of organic residues, bacterial cells, inorganic particles, colloids, etc. The main objects of sludge testing are classified into activated sludge, domestic sewage sludge, industrial wastewater sludge, water supply sludge, humic sludge, chemical sludge, sedimentation sludge, sediment, garden sludge, etc;
Product Details

Detection of calorific value of sludge combustionScope of sludge testing

Testing scope: Activated sludge, oily sludge, municipal sludge, sewage treatment sludge, marine sediment, domestic sewage sludge, industrial wastewater sludge, water supply sludge, humic sludge, chemical sludge, sediment sludge, river sludge, etc.

Sludge testing project

1. Physical and chemical indicators testing: odor concentration, chloride ions, cylinder heat generation, low-level heat generation, high-level heat generation, particle size, sediment content, bulk density, etc.

2. Industrial analysis: moisture, volatile matter, ash content, fixed carbon.

3. Elemental analysis: Total sulfur, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, chlorine, sulfur, etc.

4. Ash composition detection: silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, iron oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, titanium oxide, potassium oxide, sodium oxide, manganese oxide, etc.

5. Ash melting detection: deformation temperature, softening temperature, hemisphere temperature, flow temperature, etc.

6. Pollutant detection: total copper, total zinc, total cadmium, total lead, total chromium, total mercury, total beryllium, total barium, total nickel, total silver, total arsenic, total selenium, alkylmercury, fluoride, etc.

7. Biological testing: total bacterial count, activated sludge bacteria, microbial population genome, etc.

Detection of calorific value of sludge combustionSludge is a solid sediment generated during the water and sewage treatment process. Due to the presence of a large amount of harmful substances in sludge, untreated sludge discharged into the environment can easily cause soil pollution. Therefore, China's environmental protection departments have strengthened sludge detection and hazardous waste identification work.

The commonly used methods for biochemical sludge detection mainly include:

1. Physical and chemical analysis: determination of pH value, dry humidity, organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, heavy metals, etc., using spectrophotometry, ion selective electrode method, mass spectrometry, etc.

2. Microbiological analysis: For the determination of coliforms, Salmonella, etc., plate counting method and MPN method are used.

3. Chromatographic analysis: such as gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for detecting organic pollutants, high-performance liquid chromatography for detecting antibiotics, etc.

4. Animal and plant toxicity testing: methods such as algae growth inhibition test, acute oral toxicity test in rats, butterfly wing deformity test, etc. are used.

5. Scanning electron microscopy analysis: Observe pathogenic microorganisms, parasites, etc. in sludge for the evaluation of sludge hygiene.

6. X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy analysis: used to determine heavy metal elements in sludge.

7. Infrared spectroscopy analysis: used to confirm the source and type of organic matter in sludge.

8. Incineration characteristic analysis: Use thermogravimetric analysis and other methods to test the volatilization, decomposition, and combustion performance of sludge at high temperatures.

9. Analysis of sedimentation characteristics: The sedimentation and stability of sludge are determined using the sludge volume index method.

10. Chip detection technology: using biochips to detect various harmful substances in sludge for rapid screening.
