Product Details

Hazardous waste identification and testing,Identification and testing of hazardous sludge wasteSolid waste refers to solid, semi-solid, gaseous substances and materials that have lost their original utilization value or have not lost their utilization value but have been discarded or abandoned during production, life and other activities, as well as items and materials that are included in waste management according to laws and administrative regulations and placed in containers. Liquid waste that cannot be discharged into water bodies and gaseous substances placed in containers that cannot be discharged into the atmosphere. Due to their high level of harm, they are generally classified under the solid waste management system. Hazardous waste refers to waste that is included in the national hazardous waste list or identified as having hazardous characteristics according to the national hazardous waste identification standards and methods.

Identification and testing of hazardous sludge wasteSludge/Sludge Testing Project:

(1) Pollution indicators: organic matter content, moisture content, mixed sludge concentration pH、 Fatty acids, total alkalinity, phenols, mineral oil, total bacterial count, coliform bacteria, zinc and its compounds, copper and its compounds, lead and its compounds, nickel and its compounds, chromium and its compounds, cadmium and its compounds, total mercury, arsenic and its compounds, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, roundworm egg mortality rate, fecal coliform bacteria, total nutrients, benzo [a] pyrene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum hydrocarbons

(2) Loss on ignition and radioactive nuclide indicators: Loss on ignition, radioactive nuclide

(3) Leaching toxicity items: lead, arsenic, copper, nickel, zinc, chromium, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, mercury, beryllium, barium, selenium, inorganic calcium fluoride, alkylmercury, etc

(4) Physical and chemical index testing: chloride ions, low-level heat generation, high-level heat generation, particle size, sediment content, bulk density, etc

(5) Industrial analysis: moisture, volatile matter, ash content, fixed carbon

(6) Elemental analysis: Total sulfur, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, chlorine, sulfur, etc

(7) Ash component detection: silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, iron oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, titanium oxide, potassium oxide, sodium oxide, manganese dioxide, etc

(8) Ash fusibility testing: deformation temperature, softening temperature, hemisphere temperature, flow temperature, etc

What are the sludge testing items

PH value, TS (dry matter content), VS (volatile matter content), VFA (fatty acids), TCD (methane content), TP (total phosphorus), TN (total nitrogen), ammonia nitrogen, available phosphorus sludge moisture content, total organic matter, mixed sludge concentration, total alkalinity, cadmium, mercury, lead, chromium, arsenic, nickel, zinc, copper, boron, mineral oil, phenol, total phosphorus, total potassium, total bacterial count, coliform bacteria, roundworm egg mortality rate, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons

What are the regulations for sludge testing indicators

1. Microorganisms: The types and quantities of microorganisms in sludge will show significant changes after digestion and composting treatment, especially before greening, agriculture, and other treatments, which require detection of pathogenic microorganisms.

2. Volatile substances and ash content: Volatile substances represent the amount of organic impurities contained in sludge, while ash content represents the amount of inorganic impurities contained in sludge.

3. Toxic substances: In order to avoid environmental impact, it is necessary to detect toxic substances such as mercury and lead in sludge and its products.

4. Moisture content and solid content: Sludge with high moisture content has low solid content, while sludge with low moisture content has high solid content. The remaining sludge undergoes concentration, digestion, and dewatering treatment, and the moisture content of the dewatered sludge will significantly change. Changes in moisture or solid content can reflect the effectiveness of the concentration, digestion, dewatering, and other treatment processes.
