It is a pump inlet filter, which is a comprehensive filter that integrates pipeline cleaning, filtration, bending, and variable diameter. Our factory provides free pipeline design and voluntary on-site installation guidance. The diffusion filter itself can diffuse the flow direction, reduce the flow velocity in the pipeline, and appropriately reduce the flow velocity during the flow process. It can also disperse the fluid and evenly distribute the flow velocity through the internal guide plate, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the pump.
1. Filter: Install a double filter with a large opening area to minimize pressure loss and improve pump efficiency. After cleaning the pipeline, the filter can be easily removed.
2. Fluid equilibrium: The pulsating fluid passing through the filter is stabilized by the blades, minimizing pressure loss and maximizing pump efficiency.
3. Adsorption of iron powder inside the pipeline: An optional magnet can be installed inside to filter iron powder and welding slag, thereby protecting the valve and pipeline. By blocking the magnet to adsorb the ferrite iron components inside the pipeline and entering the pump, various machines on the pump and pipeline can be protected and easily cleaned.
4. Easy to clean filter: In order to facilitate the cleaning of the filter screen, a hinge structure is adopted, which can be easily disassembled and assembled.
