It has high flux, low consumable cost, polished or matte surface, and acid pickling and passivation treatment on the inner surface. The main function is to protect the water treatment system and ensure the effluent quality standards. The security filter is equipped with an automatic control valve, controller, and can automatically backwash and wash.


Taking the security filter as an example, the relevant parameters of the security filter are working pressure: 0.05MPa-0.6MPa, working temperature: 5 ℃ -40 ℃, filter element interface: flat pressure, insertion type, filtration accuracy: 3 μ m-100 μ m, filter element quantity: 1 core -180 cores, filter element length: 10-50 inches, single flow rate: 0.1m3/h-300 m3/h, cylinder material: 304, 316L, Q235 rubber lining. The security filter mainly uses different materials such as PP cotton, nylon, and meltblown as filter elements to remove small suspended solids, bacteria, and other impurities in water, ensuring that the raw water quality meets the requirements for entering the reverse osmosis membrane. Filter cartridges mainly include sintered filter tubes, melt blown fiber filters, honeycomb filters, etc. Sintering tube is formed by sintering powder materials, and filter tube materials include ceramics, glass sand, plastics, etc. The melt blown fiber filter is made of polypropylene as raw material, which is heated, melted, sprayed, pulled, and received into shape. Honeycomb filter refers to a filter element that is precisely wrapped around a porous skeleton with textile fiber rovings.

Filter replacement procedure

1. Received the production instruction to replace the filter element and confirmed that the system has stopped running;

2. Prepare suitable filter cartridges (specifications, materials, sizes, O-ring materials, models, etc.), disassembly tools, collection buckets, cloths, etc;

3. Clean the filter housing, empty the area around the filter, and leave an operating zone. Bring protective gear;

4. Disconnect the filter that needs to be replaced from the system. Slowly open the top exhaust port of the filter to relieve pressure, paying attention to safety during the process to prevent material or liquid splashing;

5. Drain the material from the filter, open the filter cover with a tool, remove the filter element, and place the filter element in a plastic bag for disposal;

6. Use clean tools and cloths to thoroughly clean the inside of the filter before installing a new filter element;

7. Open the plastic bag at the open end of the filter element and check if the O-ring is intact and in place;

8. Install the material by flowing in from outside the filter element and out from inside the filter element;

9. Use a suitable wetting agent (such as water) to moisten the O-ring and filter socket, hold the end of the filter near the O-ring, insert the filter socket * vertically into the filter socket, insert the filter, remove the filter packaging bag, install the metal cover, and tighten the filter with a tool;

10. Close the drain port of the filter, open the top vent valve of the housing, slightly open the inlet valve to allow the material to enter the housing until the liquid overflows from the vent valve at the top of the housing, and then close the vent valve. Pay attention to checking the disassembly area for leaks;

11. Slowly open the filter outlet valve until it opens. Indicates completion of replacement;

12. Remove the replacement tools and cleaning tools. Clean up the surrounding area;
