The equipment has a compact structure, easy operation, and simple maintenance.

This filter can also be used as a single cylinder. At this time, only the common machine base needs to be removed, and the other dimensions remain unchanged.

The inner and outer surfaces of the dual filter are polished, and the filter cartridge is equipped with a stainless steel filter screen and a filter support basket; The top is equipped with a vent valve for discharging the air inside the filter during filtration. The connection between the upper cover and the filter cartridge adopts a quick opening structure, which is more convenient for cleaning (replacing) the filter screen. The three adjustable support feet can make the filter stand steadily on the ground. The connecting pipelines are connected by flexible joints or clamps, and the inlet and outlet valves are opened and closed by three-way ball valves, which are pressure and temperature resistant, flexible and convenient to operate, and have no material or liquid leakage, making them more hygienic.

1. When installing and using, attention should be paid to protecting the control box, sensors, and transmission parts to prevent damage;

2. Connect the pipeline in the direction indicated by the arrow on the stainless steel self-cleaning filter body;

3. When adjusting the electric part, please note that the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the marked direction;

4. During installation, consideration should be given to ease of maintenance, and a bypass pipeline should be installed;

5. During installation, it is advisable to consider placing the sewage outlet at the bottom to facilitate the discharge of debris;

6. The sewage pipe should be connected to the sewage ditch, and the sewage pipeline should not be too long.
