Overview

The direct backwash filter is mainly composed of a high-quality carbon steel (or stainless steel) cylinder, a specially designed stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screen, butterfly valves, and sewage equipment. When the filter is working, the butterfly valve is in the open state, and the water flow enters the filter from the inlet, passes through the filter screen, and is filtered to the outlet. When the filter needs to discharge water, close the butterfly valve and open the discharge valve. The water flows through the first half of the filter screen, and some of the water flows into the system through the outlet. The remaining water flows from the outer side of the second half of the filter screen into the inner side and is discharged through the discharge outlet, playing a role in reverse automatic flushing of the filter screen. The entire flushing process system can work normally without stopping the machine.

Direct backwash filterIt mainly consists of a shell, a filtering unit, and a water flow guide valve. It is recommended to install it on a right angled bend, and the automatic backwash sewage filter should be installed horizontally or vertically. When installed vertically, the water flow direction should be from top to bottom for the straight through type. During installation, attention should be paid to the direction of the arrow on the outside, which must be consistent with the direction of the water flow.
