Price of fully automatic suction filterInstall a suction scanner inside the filter screen, with the scanner motor driving a spiral motion, and install a drain valve on the filter end cover. During cleaning, the motor drives the suction scanner to scan the surface of the filter screen, remove dirt and impurities, and discharge the filter through the drain valve. There is no need to cut off the flow during cleaning. When water flows through the electric suction self-cleaning filter, the filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter cake that accumulates on the surface of the filter, resulting in a water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pipes. When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin, during which the clean water supply continues to flow. The cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the storage and suction chambers drops significantly. A suction force is generated between the filter cartridge, suction pipe, and cleaning chamber through the suction nozzle, forming a suction process. At the same time, the electric suction self-cleaning filter is driven by an electric motor to spiral the suction pipe along the axial direction. The combination of axial and rotational motion of the suction device cleans the entire inner surface of the filter screen. The entire flushing process takes about 35 seconds to 90 seconds. The drain valve is closed at the end of cleaning. The filter screen starts the next flushing cycle.
Price of fully automatic suction filterworking principle
Normal filtration: Water flows into the filter through the inlet, first intercepting larger particles and impurities through the coarse filter, then filtering out small particles through the fine filter, and clean water flows out from the outlet.
Pressure difference trigger: As impurities accumulate on the surface of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed between the inside and outside. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the control system starts the backwash program.
Backwash process:
The cleaning valve is opened, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction pipe decreases. Through the pressure difference between the filter cartridge and the suction pipe, the suction nozzle generates suction to adsorb impurities.
The electric motor drives the suction pipe to spiral along the axial direction, combined with the negative pressure effect of the suction nozzle, to remove impurities from the inner surface of the filter screen.
Impurities are discharged through the drain valve, and the entire process lasts for several tens of seconds. After cleaning, the equipment automatically returns to the filtering state.
