Anti cavitation: This product uses a cavitation elimination device to prevent water pump cavitation, allowing the condensate recovery system to operate under high temperature and sealed conditions.
Energy saving and Environmental Protection: This product enables the full recovery and utilization of condensed water, increases the boiler feedwater temperature, correspondingly improves boiler efficiency, saves more than 20% of fuel, saves about 20-80% of water, reduces investment and operating costs of water treatment equipment, reduces thermal and noise pollution from secondary steam emissions, as well as emissions of smoke, dust, SO2, NOX, etc., reducing environmental pollution.
High automation program: This product adopts measures such as automatic control of water pump opening, dual pump automatic switching, and automatic alarm to form a closed return water automatic operation.

In general, the pressure equipment of the water storage tank balance device is below 0.1MPa, and the system operation can achieve a series of intelligent program controls such as automatic opening and closing, automatic alarm, automatic pressure regulation, and automatic switching of the condensate pump. Installation and Usage
1. When the end of the return water is above ground level, connect the return water pipe to the inlet pipe of the equipment; When the end of the return water pipe is located underground, install a return water riser at the end of the pipe, install a gate valve on the discharge pipe of the return water riser, and connect the outlet pipe upward to the equipment inlet pipe.
2. If there are multiple condensate streams returning to the same steam condensate water recovery device, each condensate water pipe is arranged from high pressure to low pressure in one go.
3. The pressure regulating pipe of the equipment is connected to the outside, and no valves are allowed to be installed on the pressure regulating pipe.
4. Check valves are installed on the outlet pipes of the water pump, and water is supplied to the deaerator or boiler through a three-way pipe. The two motor pumps automatically rotate in operation.
5. Install a discharge valve at the discharge outlet and connect the discharge pipe to the trench.
6. The equipment is equipped with a control box, which is suspended on a wall about 1.2 meters above the ground. The control line of the equipment is a five core bundled cable with a resistance of less than 3 ohms per kilometer and a cross-sectional area of 0.2-1.0 square millimeters.
7. Before the condensate recovery device is put into formal operation, the entire system must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt.
8. Before operating the steam condensate water recovery equipment, the valve in front of the condensate inlet and the shut-off valves behind the two pumps must be opened first (if there is a valve between the level gauge and the tank, it must also be opened). When closing the equipment, the operation should be reversed from before.
9. The equipment only needs to turn on the air switch inside the automatic control box, press the power switch button on the control panel, and turn the manual automatic switch to automatic mode. The equipment will automatically operate without the need for dedicated personnel to supervise, and only need to regularly pay attention to the alarm of the buzzer.
10. When the condensate system starts running, first open the drain valve on the product and close it after the return water is clean; When a small amount of hard impurities or oil stains enter the return water, the drain valve should be opened every 3-5 days to discharge the water; From now on, the discharge should be reduced to once a month.
