1. Two slots are set at the same end: the scraper rake descends and the scraper plate descends. The scraper moves from the starting point of the pool end (outlet end) to the mud and slag end, scraping and transporting the sludge and floating slag until the end point (inlet end). The scraper rake lifts up and the scraper plate lifts up. The scraper changes direction from the end to the beginning and stops or starts another cycle after reaching the beginning.

2. Two slots are set at the same end: the scraper rake descends and the skim plate lifts. The scraper moves from the outlet end to the end of the mud slot, scraping and transporting the sludge until the end point. The scraper rake lifts and the skim plate descends, and the scraper changes direction to skim the floating slag towards the floating trough. After reaching the starting end, it stops or starts another cycle.

(1) The transmission device is installed at the walking wheel bracket and consists of an asynchronous induction motor, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, gears, and a machine base. This transmission device has high transmission efficiency, high torque, smooth operation, and low noise. A safety shear pin is installed in the sprocket of the gearbox output shaft to achieve mechanical overload protection function. The motor deceleration device has sufficient output torque, with a rated torque greater than 1.25 times the scraping torque of the scraper, and is equipped with a scraper and pool bottom up and down adjustment mechanism to control the distance between the scraper and the pool bottom, with an adjustment range of 0-50mm.

(2) After installation, the transmission device does not need to be adjusted up or down, and mainly relies on aligning the transmission gears for transmission. It is required that the gear meshing clearance is compact, uniform, and noiseless.

(3) The scraper and the walking motor are required to have no mutual interference during operation, and operate independently without interfering with each other.

(4) Each lubrication part has oil injection holes.

The crane type rake scraper is suitable for horizontal sedimentation tanks in sewage treatment plants. Its main function is to scrape and collect the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the sludge tank for sludge reflux or concentration and dewatering, and to skim the floating slag on the water surface to the slag collection hopper (if there is floating slag), which is discharged outside the tank through the floating slag funnel for further treatment. The operation mode is to suction mud while running.
