Half bridge peripheral drive scraper manufacturerThe half bridge peripheral drive scraper is mainly used for the scraping process of circular sedimentation tanks. It adopts a middle inlet and outlet, and peripheral drainage to ensure uniform water flow. Utilizing liquid level difference self-priming sludge discharge, equipped with floating slag scraping and removal device and overload protection device. It is mainly composed of a driving mechanism, main beam, central rotating support, guide tube, scraping system, slag hopper and flushing mechanism, articulated scraper rake, skimming plate, skimming hopper, water outlet triangular edge plate, floating slag baffle, control box and other components.
After the sewage is diffused from the inlet pipe at the center of the pool through the guide tube, it flows out uniformly in a radial manner to the surrounding area. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the pool, and the supernatant is discharged from the outlet tank through the overflow weir plate. The sludge scraper is scraped from the periphery of the pool to the central collection tank, and is discharged from the outside of the pool through the discharge pipe by relying on the water pressure inside the pool. The main beam is driven by peripheral driving devices and travels along the top of the pool at a linear speed of 2.0m/min with the central rotating support as the axis. The lower part of the main beam is connected to brackets, sludge scraper plates, etc. A floating slag scraper is installed near the liquid level, extending along the central steady flow tube to a hinged scraper. When the main beam rotates, the floating slag scraper will skim the floating slag from the center of the pool to the periphery of the pool, and collect it in the hinged scraper area. The collected floating slag moves with the main engine around the pool to the scraper bucket, and is scraped into the scraper bucket through the hinge activity of the scraper rake, and discharged outside the pool.
