1、 Product Introduction
The ZG type rotary drum grille is designed by our factory based on imported equipment. This device removes floating debris and sediment from the water intake and squeezes and dehydrates the slag before discharging it. Suitable for urban water supply/drainage, industrial water supply/drainage and other water intake outlets to intercept pollutants in water bodies.
2、 Working principle
The rotary drum type grid cleaning machine, also known as the fine grid filter or spiral grid machine, is a device that integrates a fine grid cleaning machine, a spiral slag lifting machine, and a spiral slag pressing machine.
The grid plate is made into a drum shaped grid basket according to the gap between the grids. The treated water flows in from the front of the grid basket, filters through the grid, and flows to the outlet of the water tank. The grid slag is trapped on the grid surface. When the water level difference between the inside and outside of the grid reaches a certain value, the rotating toothed rake installed on the central shaft rotates to clean the dirt. When the cleaning toothed rake collects the dirt to the top of the grid basket (clock 1 or 2), the slag is unloaded (the slag that can fall by its own weight is unloaded into the grid slag groove); Then it turned 150 and was automatically scraped off by the cleaning teeth plate at the top of the grate basket, which adhered to the rake teeth, and discharged into the grate groove. The slag is lifted by a spiral conveyor at the bottom of the groove and transported outside after being pressed and dehydrated in the upper pressing section. The solid content of the slag can reach 35% -45% DS.
