1、 Product Overview
The SW-DTC series dry fiber thermometer is an integrated temperature control system based on the principle of fiber optic temperature measurement. This product has unique technical advantages in industrial temperature measurement under special environments such as high voltage and strong electromagnetic interference. The core components of the product adopt our company's self-developed latest generation fluorescent fiber optic temperature measurement module and probe, which has the advantages of intrinsic safety, strong electromagnetic interference resistance, good electrical insulation, lightning protection, high precision, stable performance, long service life, corrosion resistance, small size, etc. Its signal processing unit adopts internationally advanced digital demodulation technology and has real-time online signal acquisition, processing, and transmission functions. The temperature information of the tested object is fully achieved through the use of optical signals from sensing, demodulation to transmission, fully realizing non electric detection and intrinsic safety. The product does not require calibration during its lifespan and is particularly suitable for real-time temperature monitoring in special industrial environments such as high voltage and strong electromagnetic (EMI/RFI/EMP). At the same time, this fiber optic thermometer has a flexible design and high reliability, which can complete multi-point temperature monitoring with complex topology structures and has high environmental adaptability.

3、 Functional Features
Real time display of the temperature of the measured point, with the ability to change the alarm and trip temperature settings through panel buttons, as well as adjust the alarm and trip temperature settings, fan start stop target values, hysteresis values, and data storage intervals;
Output 3-4 switch signals, including over temperature alarm, over temperature trip, fan start, and instrument temperature measurement fault signals;
Real time storage of three-way temperature data on SD card (optional);
Output 4-20mA analog signal and transmit real-time highest point temperature data from the three channels to the monitoring interface of the user's PLC or DCS control system (optional);
Network output through RS485 bus and use standard computer software to achieve multi-point real-time temperature monitoring under microcomputer control (optional).
