Product Details

I. Overview
The SW-PGY series relay protection test power supply panel is a product developed by our company in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Energy's "Norms for the Configuration of Relay Protection Test Instruments and Meters for Power Plant and Substation Engineering", "Regulations on Relay Protection Inspection", and the Ministry of Electric Power Industry's "Key Points for Anti accident Measures for Power System Relay Protection and Safety Automation Devices". This product is suitable for relay protection testing in substations and power plants, providing reliable and stable AC/DC test power supply.

2、 Performance characteristics
The wiring method of the AC/DC power isolation transformer is Dy11, and a shielding layer is installed between the primary and secondary to effectively suppress the third harmonic.
The AC output circuit adopts a leakage protection switch to ensure the safety of operators.
The DC part adopts three-phase bridge fully controlled rectification, automatic voltage stabilization and current limiting.
The input and output circuits are monitored by indicator lights, voltmeters, and ammeters.

3、 Technical parameters
1. Technical parameters of SW-PGY-I type:
1.1 Working power supply: three-phase four wire 380V, 50Hz, with two inputs as backup for each other.
1.2 Rated output:
Communication section
(1) Rated output voltage: 380V/220V 50Hz three-phase four wire, three-way output;
100V/57.7V 50Hz three-phase four wire, three output channels;
(2) When the three-phase input is balanced, the output imbalance is less than 1%;
(3) Third harmonic component<3%;
(4) The AC transformer has a capacity of 15kVA and operates intermittently at an hourly load rate of 50%, with a maximum output current of 3 × 22A.
(5) The screen is equipped with 6 single-phase sockets and 1 three-phase socket.
DC section:
(1) DC voltage continuously adjustable from 0 to 250V, with three outputs;
(2) Ripple coefficient K < 1.5%;
(3) The rectifier transformer has a capacity of 5kVA and operates intermittently at an hourly load rate of 50%, with a maximum output DC current of 20A.
2. SW-PGY-II Technical Parameters
2.1 Working power supply: three-phase four wire 380V, 50Hz, with two inputs as backup for each other.
2.2 Rated output:
