The reasonable selection of air volume for processing is often determined based on process conditions and experience.

The signal it outputs controls the electromagnetic pulse valve, and the compressed air sprayed sequentially cleans the filter bag, keeping the resistance of the dust collector within the set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust removal efficiency of the dust collector. Dust filter element is a type of air purifier filter element that can withstand high temperatures.

(1) High temperature resistance, i.e. ≤ 400 ℃;

(2) High pressure resistance, the filter element can withstand a pressure difference of 2MPa;

(3) Corrosion resistance;

(4) Small size, easy to load and unload. It has a large gas processing capacity, low gas consumption during blowback cleaning, fast speed, and low energy consumption;

(5) Good dust cleaning effect and other characteristics.

Application examples

Application in dust removal of coal gas: The dust content in coal gas is extremely high. After filtering through a 45um filter element, the dust content is 4g/m3. The flow rate is 12000 m3/h, the pressure is 1.0MPa, the operating temperature is ≥ 200 ℃, and the final dust concentration is ≤ 5mg/m3
