The Q941F electric flange ball valve adopts an integrated structure, with input control signals (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) and single-phase power supply to control operation. It has strong functions, small size, lightweight and pleasant, reliable performance, simple matching, and flow capacity, especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, contains particles, and fibers. At present, this valve is widely used in industrial automatic control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical teaching and research equipment, and power.

Yangzhou Superpower Valve Q941F electric flange ball valve is suitable for two position cut-off and adjustment applications. The connection between the electric switch type ball valve and the actuator adopts a direct connection method. The electric actuator has a built-in servo system and does not require a separate servo amplifier. It can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mA signal and a 220VAC power supply. It has the advantages of simple connection, compact structure, small size, light weight, low resistance, stable and reliable action.

The Q941F electric flange ball valve is powered by DC24V, AC220V, or AC380V power supply voltage and directly receives a unified standard signal (4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC, or 1-5V DC, 0-10V DC), which is converted into displacement corresponding to the input signal. It moves at an angular displacement (0-90 º) to change the rotational opening of the ball core. Therefore, a certain input signal corresponds to a certain position opening, achieving proportional adjustment action. (Two position switch type accepts DC24V, AC220V or AC380V power supply voltage as power, achieves switch action through motor forward and reverse rotation, and simultaneously outputs switch valve position indication signal).

2. There are multiple power sources to choose from for compact electric actuators, as well as explosion-proof electrical installations.
3. The passage inside the valve body is smooth and flat, which can transport viscous fluids, slurries, and solid particles.
4. Direct connection method, the electric actuator has a built-in servo system and does not require additional servo amplifiers.
5. There is no bracket connection between the ball valve and the electric actuator, and the integrated external structure is compact, reducing equipment space.
6. The sealing material is polytetrafluoroethylene, which has good self-lubricating properties and minimal friction with the ball, resulting in a long service life for the ball valve.
