The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with E101 and JB/T3595-93 standards, with a reasonable structure, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance. The valve chamber adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure, and the better the sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures. Welding grooves can be matched according to standards or user requirements. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy by welding, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, has good scratch resistance, and has a long service life. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. The depth of the valve cover packing box is reasonable, and corrosion inhibitors are added to the packing to ensure reliable sealing.

The welded globe valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting media in pipelines of various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, hydraulic, and thermal power plants with nominal pressures ranging from 20.0-32.0MPa and P54100V to P57170V, and working temperatures ≤ 540 ℃ (with P57170VT as the temperature of 570 ℃). Applicable media include water, oil, steam, etc. The operation modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, etc. This valve can be installed at any position on the pipeline, with the medium flowing from bottom to top. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB12235, with a reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance. Alloy steel globe valves are suitable for high-temperature resistant steam and oil pipelines and have high temperature resistance characteristics. Suitable for pipelines with various corrosive media, it has sufficient strength and good anti-corrosion properties. As an opening and closing device; Especially suitable for steam turbine condensation and vacuum negative pressure systems in thermal power plants, it plays a role in vacuum isolation and sealing. The structure is simple, compact, easy to maintain, and has a long service life. The sealing surface has low friction during movement, easy opening and closing, and automatic compensation for sealing surface wear.
Once the butt welded electric globe valve is in the open state, there is no longer contact between its valve seat and valve disc sealing surface, so its sealing surface has less mechanical wear. Due to the ease of repairing the valve seat and valve disc of most globe valves, or the need to remove the entire valve from the pipeline when replacing sealing components, this is very suitable for situations where the valve and pipeline are welded together. When the medium passes through such valves, the flow direction changes, so the flow resistance of the power station shut-off valve is higher than that of other valves.

2、 Features of electric welding high-temperature globe valve products:

Installation and Usage
1. Welded globe valves are only used for fully open or fully closed operation and are not allowed to be used to regulate flow.
2. Welded globe valves can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipelines.
3. Before installation, the valve should be cleaned thoroughly.
4. During installation, it is necessary to align the water seal ring with the water seal joint channel. For the convenience of installing the packing, graphite asbestos packing is allowed to replace the reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene packing and packing pad.
5. When installing an electric valve, the lower limit screw and the stroke control and torque controller of the electric device should be checked and adjusted
6. When manually opening and closing the valve, clockwise is closed and counterclockwise is open.
7. Valves should be operated using handwheels or electric devices, and other levers are not allowed.
8. When in use, oil should be regularly added to the rotating parts, and lubricating grease should be applied to the trapezoidal spiral part of the valve stem.
