The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. The depth of the valve cover packing box is reasonable, and corrosion inhibitors are added to the packing to ensure reliable sealing.

When the medium passes through such valves, the flow direction changes, so the flow resistance of the power station shut-off valve is higher than that of other valves.

Installation and Usage

1. Welded globe valves are only used for fully open or fully closed operation and are not allowed to be used to regulate flow.

2. Welded globe valves can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipelines.

3. Before installation, the valve should be cleaned thoroughly.

4. During installation, it is necessary to align the water seal ring with the water seal joint channel. For the convenience of installing the packing, graphite asbestos packing is allowed to replace the reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene packing and packing pad.

5. When installing an electric valve, the lower limit screw and the stroke control and torque controller of the electric device should be checked and adjusted

6. When manually opening and closing the valve, clockwise is closed and counterclockwise is open.

7. Valves should be operated using handwheels or electric devices, and other levers are not allowed.

8. When in use, oil should be regularly added to the rotating parts, and lubricating grease should be applied to the trapezoidal spiral part of the valve stem.
