The valve consists of main valve, solenoid valve, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, conduit, microfilter, pressure gauge and other components. The operation is a remote control that can open and close the valve through an electromagnetic induction valve. The opening and closing speed can be controlled according to the working conditions. By using directional valves that can replace large electric equipment for control, the energy-saving effect is good, and it is often used in high-rise buildings, domestic water, and urban pipeline systems.

3、 Working principle

When the valve receives water from the inlet end, the water flows into the main valve control room through the needle valve. When the electromagnetic induction valve is opened, the water in the control room flows out through the electromagnetic induction valve and ball valve. The opening degree of the ball valve is greater than that of the needle valve, and the pressure in the control room of the main valve is very low, causing the main valve to open. After the electromagnetic induction valve is closed, the water in the main valve control room will not flow out, the control room will accelerate, and the diaphragm will push the main valve to close.

Installation, debugging, and maintenance instructions

When installing in the pipeline network, attention should be paid to the direction of water flow being consistent with the arrow on the valve body.

2. A Y-shaped filter must be installed in front of the valve to prevent dirt from entering the valve and affecting the static pressure effect.

3. Gate valves should be installed before and after the valve for maintenance purposes.

4. The opening degree of the needle valve is 1/4 turn, and the control valve is in the fully open position.

During the initial operation of the 5.200X pilot operated pressure reducing valve, the gate valve in front of the pressure reducing valve should be slowly opened and not fully opened at once. If it is found that the pressure is not reduced. Close the gate valve in front of the valve, drain the rear water, and then slowly supply water from the inlet to reduce the pressure.

The pressure adjustment of the 6.200X adjustable pilot operated pressure reducing valve should be carried out under static pressure, that is, when the gate valve behind the valve is closed. Rotate the adjusting screw of the pilot valve clockwise to increase the pressure behind the valve. Rotate the valve counterclockwise to decrease the pressure behind the valve. Adjust the required pressure to make the locking nut firm. If the pressure exceeds the required value during pressure regulation, the pressure behind the valve should be reduced and then adjusted from low to high again.

If there is a 'hunting vibration' phenomenon (periodic opening or closing) during the operation of the 7.200X adjustable pilot pressure reducing valve, the needle valve should be slightly closed clockwise to reduce the closing speed of the shut-off port and eliminate the 'hunting vibration' phenomenon.
