Adopting a double acting cylinder, the valve is remotely controlled using either upper chamber intake or lower chamber intake, making it easy and flexible to operate. Cylinder media: compressed air, nitrogen. Simple structure, easy manufacturing and maintenance; Small work schedule and short opening and closing time; The sealing surface between the closing body (valve disc) and the valve seat adopts conical sealing, which has low closing force, erosion resistance, and reliable sealing. The valve seat can be a replaceable valve seat, which can be freely combined with the sealing surface material of the closing element to meet the working conditions and extend the service life.
Cylinder piston shut-off valve is an execution unit for automation control in industrial production. It can be cut off and turned on according to the signal from the regulating instrument, and can also be quickly cut off and turned on to meet the system's requirements for parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and liquid level. This product has the advantages of simple structure, firmness, reliable operation, easy maintenance, fire and explosion prevention, and is widely used in the automation control system of production processes in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and textile.

Construction and working principle:
This product consists of a shut-off valve and a cylinder piston actuator.
When the valve is open (normally closed), the actuator uses the pre tension force of the spring to keep the valve core and seat in a closed state. When a 400kPa signal is input, the piston valve stem exerts upward force to open the valve.
When in the gas closed (normally open) mode, the valve is in the up to point position without any signal, and the valve is in the open state. When a 400kpa signal is input, the piston moves downward to close the valve.
When the valve needs to be quickly opened and closed, the signal can be increased to 600kPa to increase the piston output force. Due to the constant stiffness of the actuator, rapid action can be easily achieved by increasing the atmospheric signal.
The cylinder and piston of this product can be installed in reverse to achieve positive and negative effects. During the installation process, simply changing the push rod component can easily change the forward and backward movements. The cylinder and piston, as well as the cylinder and two end caps of this product, all use sealing rings according to the national standard (GB1235-76). Long lifespan, easy replacement, and shock-absorbing structure. A lubricating grease storage tank is made in the middle of the two sealing grooves of the piston to ensure that there is no loss of oil during movement, allowing the piston to automatically lubricate and maintain good technical condition of the product.

2、 Product features:
1. Carefully selected materials, in compliance with relevant domestic and international standards, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.
2. The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
4. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
5. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
6. The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
7. The reverse seal is made by connecting the sealing seat with threads or welding austenitic stainless steel on the body, ensuring reliable sealing. The replacement of the packing can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast, and does not affect the operation of the system.
3、 Product application:
Pneumatic piston type cut-off valve (referred to as piston type cut-off valve) is the execution unit in the pneumatic unit combination instrument. It receives signals from regulating instruments to control the cutting and connection or switching of fluid flow channels in the process pipeline. This product has the advantages of high operating force, innovative valve body design, low flow resistance, high rated flow coefficient, large allowable pressure difference, and excellent sealing performance. Therefore, it is widely used in automatic and remote control systems for production processes in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and textile.
4、 Main composition structure:
The pneumatic piston type cut-off valve consists of two parts: a pneumatic piston type actuator and a straight stroke adjustment mechanism, connected by a bracket in the middle. According to the type of regulating mechanism, pneumatic piston type cut-off valves can be divided into three types: straight through single seat cut-off valves (ZSQP type), straight through sleeve cut-off valves (ZSQM type), and two position three-way cut-off valves (ZSQN type). There are two types of pneumatic piston actuators: single acting (spring reset) and double acting (double intake). Adopting a single acting actuator, the overall operation mode of the machine can be divided into air closed (horizontal pipeline connection) and air open (horizontal pipeline disconnection). Pneumatic piston shut-off valves have two sealing forms: hard seal and soft seal, which are suitable for different temperatures and pressures.

1. Installation:
(1) Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the product model, part number, and specifications match, and whether the parts of the whole machine are damaged or loose.
(2) Before installation, the pipeline should be cleaned, and there should be sufficient straight pipe sections and filters at the valve inlet. The flange connection between the valve body and the pipeline should pay attention to coaxiality.
(3) Before installing the shut-off valve, it should be done firstClean the pipeline.
(4) The installation site should consider the safety of personnel and equipment, which is both convenient for operation and conducive to disassembly and maintenance.
(5) Valves should be installed upright and vertically on horizontal pipelines. If necessary, they can be installed at an angle. Horizontal installation should be avoided as much as possible. In situations where the valve has a large self weight or vibration, a support frame should be used.
(6) The direction of medium flow should be consistent with the arrow on the valve body. The gas source should be dry and oil-free. Valves should be used in environments with temperatures ranging from -20 to 55 ℃.

2. Maintenance:
(1) Cleaning valves: For cleaning general media, simply rinse with water. But for cleaning media that are harmful to health, it is necessary to first understand their properties and then choose the appropriate cleaning method.
(2) Disassembly of valves: Remove rust from the exposed surfaces of rusted parts first, but before rust removal, protect the machined surfaces of precision parts such as valve seats, valve cores, valve stems, and push rods. Special tools should be used when disassembling and assembling valve seats.
(3) Valve seat: There are small rust spots and wear on the sealing surface, which can be machined. If the damage is severe, it must be replaced. But regardless of whether the hard sealing surface is repaired or replaced, it must be ground.
(4) Valve stem: Surface damage, can only be replaced with a new one.
(5) Damage to the push rod, guide, and sealing surfaces: The reaction actuator must be replaced, while the positive actuator can be repaired appropriately before use.
(6) Compression spring: If there are defects such as cracks that affect strength, it must be replaced.
(7) Vulnerable parts: packing, sealing gasket, and O-ring, all replaced with new ones during each maintenance. The valve core and diaphragm must be checked for potential cracks, aging, and corrosion marks that may occur in the future. Based on the inspection results, it is decided whether to replace them. However, the service life of the diaphragm is generally no more than 2-3 years.
(8) Valve assembly should pay attention to alignment, bolts should be tightened diagonally, and lubricating oil should be added to the sliding parts. After assembly, the product should be debugged according to the factory testing items and methods, and during this period, the packing clamping force and valve core closing position can be accurately adjusted.
