The sealing of electric lock valves mainly relies on the driving device to drive 8 or more impellers to rotate. Since it is rotation, there must be a pure gap between the shell and the blades. If there is a gap, air leakage will occur, causing poor sealing. How to reduce the air leakage rate and ensure tight air? ButElectric lock valveThe sealing of the impeller relies on a rotating seal, with a gap of only 0.3 millimeters or less between the impeller and the housing. When the impeller rotates to discharge, it offsets the air leakage rate, and the gap between the impeller and the housing is filled and sealed with material.
