Single axis screw conveyor

The single axis screw conveyor machine is a type of conveying machinery that operates on a single axis and is used in chemical, metallurgical, grain processing, warehousing, and other places where screw conveyors are applicable. The machine has a small diameter of the screw body, high speed, large conveying capacity, high accuracy, and excellent conveying conditions. The driving device adopts a gear reducer, which has high torque, low noise, no oil leakage, long service life, and the conveying shell adopts seamless pipe and flange connection.

A single axis screw conveyor usually consists of three main parts: the screw machine body, the inlet and outlet device, and the driving device.

The main body of the screw machine consists of three types: the head section, the middle section, and the tail section. In general, during the final assembly of the factory, the middle sections are arranged in order of length. The longer middle section is close to the head section, while the middle sections of the same length are adjacent to each other. If there are special requirements, the arrangement order should be given when ordering.

The hood is tile shaped and clamped onto the casing with a cover buckle. If sealing performance needs to be improved, users can add waterproof canvas between the hood and the casing themselves.

A thrust bearing is installed in the head section to withstand axial force, and bearings are installed in the middle and tail sections to support the spiral shaft. In addition, an axially movable radial bearing is also installed in the tail section to compensate for the length error of the spiral shaft and adapt to temperature changes. There are two forms of spiral surfaces: solid spiral (S method) and belt spiral (D method). Flanged connections are used between each spiral shaft to ensure interchangeability and facilitate maintenance.

There are four types of feeding and discharging devices: feeding port, square discharging port, manual pushing discharging port, and rack type discharging port. The user opens and welds on the machine at the usage site. When arranging the position of the inlet and outlet, attention should be paid to ensuring the distance from the outlet to the end, while avoiding collision between the outlet and the oil cup of the suspension bearing, the flange of the casing connection, the base, etc.

There are two types of driving devices: ZQ series reducer+Y series motor, and YTC gear reducer motor.
